Virtual reality MMO Ilysia hasn’t given up on the dream of carving out a niche for itself in this genre. In fact, the fantasy title is testing its newest content patch right now with three new areas to explore.

The first of these is Tidehaven, a “parkour puzzle area” where players will be challenged to make their way to the very tippy top. Then there’s the game’s fifth zone, Stillwater Basin, and the sixth, Silvershore. The studio said that this test is also running some new backend stuff through its paces.

Ilysia dropped Patch 0.4.3 in late June with the new Emporium Cosmetics Shop. Fortunately, it doesn’t sound like you have to pay to look good. “Any time you pick up new armor or weapons, its look is automatically added to your character’s Cosmetics Library,” the studio said. “You can also unlock cosmetics by completing certain quests or achievements.”
