Planning to spend some holiday free time hopping around in Wayfinder’s pocket realms? You might find a few more surprises since the last time you played, as Airship Syndicate released a quality-of-life patch last week with some welcome improvements.

Chief among these is the new nightmare mode, a much tougher difficulty that comes with over 30 special account-wide rewards. When players elect into this mode, they can only group up with other players doing the same thing. This mode “features one-and-done Nightmare Challenges” and supports world scaling options.

The QOL Update 3 also added multiple save profiles (now up to four in total), activated the new Eventide holiday event with bosses and a mythic hunt, and fixed a huge array of problems and bugs.
