You might find yourself thinking that if Diablo Immortal is getting a crossover event with Hearthstone, isn’t there another Blizzard game that could perhaps stand in there, perhaps one where all of the characters and concepts in Hearthstone originate? Probably not. The important thing is the Heroes of the Hearth event kicks off on July 30th, inviting players to collect 18 iconic cards from all of the various Hearthstone classes to use in battle.

Trial of the Hordes and Fractured Plane are both altered during the event to have card-based mechanics that will give you a chance to use these iconic abilities, including Polymorph, Windfury, and Ancient of Lore. There are also new familiar skins and a market bundle letting players dress up as Malfurion Stormrage or Tyrande Whisperwind, depending on the character’s gender. Check out the full event page for a rundown of everything you can expect once the event kicks off on the 30th, but be sure to collect your cards early; the event ends on August 27th.
